Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a ride with GoGo Shuttles?

Booking a ride is simple. Create an account or log in to the GoGo Shuttles website, then click "Book a Ride." Enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred date and time, specify the number of passengers and any special requirements, and confirm your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for airport transfers or important appointments. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on driver availability. For peak times (holidays, major events) or large group transportation, booking 3-7 days in advance is advisable.

How do I modify or cancel a booking?

To modify or cancel a booking, go to "My Bookings" in your account, select the booking you wish to change, and click "Modify" or "Cancel." Please confirm changes or cancellation fees with your driver.

Payments & Pricing

When am I charged for my ride?

Payment is made directly to the driver, a deposit on booking is requested to secure the booking then the final payment before the trip (please confirm with driver).

How do I tip my driver?

Tipping is entirely optional but appreciated by the drivers. Tips are paid directly to your driver.

Rides & Services

What types of vehicles are available?

Drivers offer several vehicle options to meet your needs: Standard (sedans for up to 4 passengers), Comfort (premium sedans for up to 4 passengers), SUV (for up to 6 passengers), and Van (for up to 8 passengers). All vehicles are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with air conditioning and safety features. Vehicles are listed on the driver’s profile and matched to your trip request as best as possible based on the number of passengers and luggage.

Can I request a specific driver?

Only if the driver submits a quote for your trip request. You can view all quotes for your trip request in the "Quotes" section of your booking. You can then select the quote you want to accept and the driver will be notified.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, please arrange with the driver to meet at the airport. Your driver will meet you at the designated pickup area you have arranged with them.

Can I make multiple stops during my ride?

Please arrange this directly with the driver, additonal charges my be added to your quotation.

Safety & Security

How are GoGo Shuttles drivers vetted?

We verify their identity, driving license, insurance, and vehicle registration.

What safety features are available in the app?

Our web app includes a two-way rating system and a reporting system for any safety concerns or desputes.

What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?

Drivers follow local health guidelines regarding COVID-19. Please cinfirm with driver if you have any concerns.

How do I report a safety concern?

After your ride, you can report issues through the website by going to "Ride History," selecting the ride, and choosing "Report an Issue." You can also contact our 24/7 support team directly. All reports are investigated thoroughly and confidentially.

Account Management

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy. Visit our GoGo Shuttles website and click "Sign Up." Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. Verify your email and phone number, and you're ready to book your first ride.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information in the "Profile" section of your account. This includes your name, email, phone number, and password. Some changes, like your email address, may require verification.

How do I view my ride history and receipts?

Your complete ride history is available in the "Ride History" section of your account. Here you can view details of all past rides, including pickup and drop-off locations, driver information and fare breakdown.

Special Requirements

Do you offer accessible vehicles for passengers with disabilities?

If you require specific features such as wheelchair access please specify this when you start the quotation process. Ensure it is also listed as a priority on the invoice from your driver.

How much luggage can I bring?

Luggage capacity should be confirmed directly with driver before deposit is made.

Can I bring my pet on the ride?

Yes, small pets in carriers are generally allowed in all vehicles. For larger pets or service animals, please contact the driver directly to confirm their pet policy. Some drivers may have allergies or preferences regarding pets. It is NSW law that riders may bring support animals on their trips with registered car hire and shuttle vehicles. If you experience any difficulties regarding this policy, please contact us immediately. It is an offence to deny or charge a fee for entry of an Assistance Dog.

Do you provide child seats?

Please check with the driver directly to confirm their child seat policy. Alternatively, you can bring your own child seat, and our drivers will assist with installation if needed.
