STEP 2
Post your trip details
As a customer, post your trip details including pickup and destination locations, date, time, number of passengers, luggage requirements, and your budget. Consider using $1.50 per km as a guide. Less than this amount is a loss for the driver. Using a higher more market aligned figure may get you more quotes faster.
STEP 3
Receive Driver Quotes
Verified drivers in our network will review your trip details and submit quotes for your journey. You'll be able to see driver profiles, ratings, and their proposed fare for your trip.
STEP 5
Enjoy Your Ride & Rate
The agreed price is settled before the booking is confirmed with the driver. The second payment may be made at a time agreed to in advance but this will vary and is not enforced by GoGo Shuttles. After the ride is completed, both you and the driver will be prompted to rate each other.
Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book a ride?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for airport transfers or important appointments. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on driver availability.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your ride please contact your driver. Payments, deposits and refunds are between you and the driver. When you paid a deposit you were given a clear explanation of the cancellation policy by the driver. If these terms were not honoured please email us.
How do payments work?
Payments for rides are settled directly between customers and drivers outside our platform.
